  1. If u swap michkov and Smith then have caps take barlow instead of dvorsky we have a same draft lol in top 10

  2. When you were talking about St Louis, you said they have a couple Zach forwards and then you proceeded to say Zachary Benson

  3. No trade proposals in the top 8? Feel like something will happen in that range trade wise whether it’s moving up or down

  4. Can get behind that Canucks pick. I'd prefer a defender, but Moore is a good.

  5. As a haha fan I love those two picks if they’re available I’d prefer musty or stenberg over Gauthier tho

  6. Very interesting picks. A few rumors that I did hear:

Anaheim is actually losing interest in Fantilli and leaning towards Michkov and Carlsson.
Columbus and San Jose really love Smith. The Sharks actually took Smith out to dinner a few weeks ago.
Montreal has been scouting Leonard like crazy. They also love Dvorsky and Reinbacher.
Arizona has been loving Reinbacher. Tweeted a few days ago was that they were also interested in Dvorsky.
Keith Jones (president of the Flyers) has made it clear that he wants to build the team around the blue line. They also interviewed Michkov last Saturday and seem interested in him.
Washington clearly wants Michkov, they have been trying to trade up with teams like Montreal and Philadelphia. But I don't hate the Dvorsky pick.
Detroit currently loves Moore, Willander, and Honzek. 9th overall they take Moore, he's like a Dylan Larkin type player. But if they get DeBrincat, the 17th pick will likely be Ottawa's. Yzerman himself has scouted Honzek and normally he doesn't do this unless he has strong interest in the player. Honzek no matter what will be a Red Wing.
The Blues won't be taking any of the players you mentioned. In the way your mock goes, the picks would be Moore at 10th. Bonk at 25th. Lindstein at 29th.
Vancouver is currently high on Sandin Pelikka.
If Reinbacher gets taken by Arizona, I kinda expect them to reach for Gulyayev or Simashev. Preferrably Gulyayev cause Reinbacher is more of a shutdown guy whereas Gulyayev is offensive.
Sabres are high on Moore, Sandin-Pelikka, and Willander.
The Penguins actually took Yager out to dinner during the Combine. However, Dubas didn't even attend the dinner.
You are spot on with what Trotz said. He clearly wants guys that can become superstars.
Chicago is interested in a guy that wasn't in your mock. That's Daniil But. A Russian, but has a hard shot and can skate. Basically Laine 2.0. They also love Perreault that will actually be a steal if he falls.

But overall, I loved the video and also loved that you didn't keep it safe. Cause most teams never play it safe during the draft. Keep the grind coming!

  7. Sale’s stock has fell off a lot extremely unlikely he goes top 16 He’s honestly probably going to go late first round

  8. Good video. Do you think one of the first 16 picks will be traded because the year doesn't want prospect available?

  9. Imo i see seattle going slightly off the board and picking Musty to play with goyette who they picked last year. Even though i really wanted musty in montreal

  10. Imo I see Montreal taking axel sandin-Pellikka… because they need defence and goaltending for then forwards because they have Suzuki, caufield and slafkovsky

  11. Buffalo pr9b picking Perreault…. if Barlow is their flyers will prob get him… I have them taking Leonard tho…Don't forget about Danielson maybe biggest gem in the 1st round. Prob next Bergeron in my opnion

  12. I’m not gonna lie, I think the pens take Brayden yager, great skater, got a two way formula, and he fights for pucks, plus a decent shot, reminds me of Sid

  13. Imagine the ducks take Michkov then I could see Carlsson staying at 3 and fantilli dropping to 4 (kind of like how Arizona went for Cooley even though wright was available last year)

  14. Buffalo should pick Šalé at 13. It's a risky pick but he's got so much potential and they already have Kulich as well and we know they have great chemistry together. They could be a lethal duo in the future. He could also fall to them all the way at 39, but probably not. I think he'd be a great fit at Buffalo.

  15. I kind of want Washing to get Michkov, because maybe they could work something out to get Michkov into the NHL a bit sooner than expected given the fact that they have Ovi on their team.

  16. Anaheim has Zegras and MacTavish… I wonder if they could be a trade down candidate (especially if the rumors about Montreal wanting to trade up are true) for more draft capital/roster players/prospects?

  17. As an oshawan and generals superfan i cant wait to see ritchie hes a great playmaker and yes we sucked but he carried us to round 1

  18. I'd like to see Buffalo take Moore, Willander, or Barlow… either would be good at 13. I'd also be happy with Simashev. Imo Pellikka and Sale are over-rated (by a lot of people).

  19. In 2019 I played against Quentin Musty when he played in buffalo and the main thing I can remember about him is his unreal backhand. Everyone in the league would drool about it. I hope he ends up on a good team and thrives

  20. I think if ASP is gone, Buffalo is not taking Barlow, but they would take Simishev.

  21. Zach Benson? Why not draft Peter Dinklage? You’re never too small to play for the Red Wings!!!!!
