It is obvious Florida does not want to win the Stanley Cup with Tkachuk leading the way in misconducts and the rest of the team taking stupid penalties that lost the team tons of time for pulling the keeper in the third. I am really disappointed in Maurice's frivolous comments after the game as though he was having a root canal. The Panthers need a tongue lashing, some serious talking-to and some focus, because they are dust. Quit the cheap stuff and give yourself a reboot in the ass! Play hockey not penalty minutes!!!!

Lots of soft comments here. The rules obviously work you don’t need more penalties for hard play. The game will end up absolutely crap, it’s already watered down from the 90’s and before. No way Tkachuk should have been penalised for defending himself after a legal hit on Eichel. What should he have done, just let three guys beat on him? The games going to end up like the NBA, so good in the 80’s and 90’s – now it’s like watching zone defence, pass and shoot from outside, so boring no banging under the ring and soft penalties all the time.
