Dallas will make progress if they Stop trying to make Luka a PG. He hog the ball too much like LeBron. They need to play off Kyrie.

Imo Mavs are not championship caliber yet with rookies. I’m not hating on Luka (he can go god mode and carry you a lot)or the franchise either it’s all respect to the Mavs and Mark Cuban, but rookies don’t win you chips.

They need a center that can play, shoot and pass. Not going to happen. Luka is great but too small. He's not MJ though that can carry a team to the championship.
Mavericks need to trade Kyrie or just let him walk. better value if they trade for a PG from a team that has too many. for instance, why not trade 2 future 2nd round picks for Cole Anthony from Magic, he is a restricted FA next year, so can get him now, get him under a contract sooner, and a ball handler to take off pressure from Luka.
The Mavericks can never compete with the Spurs at all.

I watched some Lively's highlight reels. All dunks off of pick n rolls and put backs. Prosper will be the better player. He can do it all. Hit threes. On ball defend all positions. Drive to the hoop with the ball. Run fast breaks.
