ik a lot of ppl are upset about the AAV and term but imo adding someone like reavo is amazing. Ik he isn’t that good offensively or defensively but he’s genuinely the most hype guy in the nhl and leafs are in need of that personality. Last year was probably the most dry boring season i’ve watched reaves is gonna add the energy they desperately needed along w extra protection.

Low risk move, although I'm unsure if he's still got enough pace to get in on the fore-check. Assuming he does, he's the kind of hitter that causes D-men to rush or panic on retrievals. Still the most feared guy in the NHL & that includes Wilson & Lucic. If Reaves can't cut it, 93% of his cap hit will be buried on the Marlies, so no issues for me on this signing. Welcome Ryan.
