Disappointed to see this NEW LOOK Center position? Dwight "The Dream" starting at Center, McGee at Backup again this year looks a lot like last lame Center position! Least you got Holmes and What I think is the Best center on the team Lively and he probably wont even get a chance to play since Dumbass Kidd don't play rookies! Wish we could trade our GM for the Lakers, Suns, Denver, Sac., Bucks, Miami GM's to name a few! I think we have the WORST GM in the league right now and he is proving me right with this Shitty Free agency shit dump of new losers to the team! PLAY the DAM ROOKIES!!! They are our Future and 3 and 4th best players on this team Already! This team has no talent after the 2-star guards! HATE how STUPID this FO is!
I'm super disappointed in the Mavs FO & coaching staff for trashing how bad we looked last year, came off like they took no responsibility for it and it was all on the players. All that while simultaneously bringing back the #1 main culprit why our defense & rim protection were terrible, and our rebounding from the center position was worst in the league… Holmes is completely an upgrade from DP. He has more 10+rebound games in his last season as a starter, than DP has in his entire career. Stop the DP is good propaganda.

IDK YALL,…. IT SEEMS LIKE WOOD MAY BE A MAV NEXT YEAR , depending on how this free agency shake up. I’m lowkey excited. Wood and lovely’s could be special. Wood would have a second year and full offseason to learn this defense. Him and lively together would be dope. We saw wood put up 18&10 when he was given a shot. Now you add lively into the mix who will also grab boards, lox doen anything that gets passed wood and he can get buccet a too. Especially if you add a defensive 2 and 3 alongside him. Like I can see wood off the bench with lively at 5, omax or maxi at 3!🤯, exum at 2 and Kyrie at 1 🤯🤯🤯🤯 THATS A TUFF LINE UP. Ya only liability would be wood cuz Kai got that Dawg in him. He not gone let people just call him out every play.
Trading Hardy would be as big of a mistake as losing Brunson. No way we trade him especially after the recent fuck up

Thybulle is the guy. Just put him in the corner where it appears he’s relatively comfortable and turn him into an elite 3 and D guy just like you did with Doe doe. As much as I loved Dorian Matisse replaces him and more.
Probably a three team deal with Hardaway going somewhere and assets coming back to Portland. One thing is for certain they won’t pay him 12.5 if they can avoid it. They’ll match but they won’t turn down assets for a limited offensive player like him. He’s a decent passer and he will be doing a lot of that with Luka, Kyrie, curry and Hardy around. He’s a perfect fit. Bullock leaves next year and he’s a natural replacement.
Thursday can’t get here soon enough. Chart a course and take a risk, either with the young guys(my choice) or with one significant veteran to make us equal in TALENT to Denver. Pick a side. Stop riding the f***ing fence. Get somebody like Grant or a couple of QUALITY YOUNG WINGS.

If Dallas could be a player in the D Lillard trade and get Chris Boucher (2 years for $21m), that might be something. A team could be looking to dump salary and see R Bullock's contract with only one year left.
Thybule is 6'5 sorry but he is undersized and just another Exum sized guy. I would try to grab Bamba before overspending on Allen and maybe Wood comes back as a vet min guy since he is looking like there is less interest in him. Allen is also undersized at 6'9 they list him at 6'11 but it is a lie he is really only 6'9 so do not let yourself get tricked he is the same size as Wood. Wood even had better stats when he was in Houston.
McGee and 1st rounder if necessary thj we need to keep our young core but adding him will give lively time to mature naturally..
Mcgee was as bad as he was because the man played drop coverage his ENTIRE career. In Kidd´s def-scheme there is no such thing as drop coverage. Still he insisted on playing his switching defense without having the players to do so. McGgee´s timing on blocking shots is ok. Powell`s simply isn´t able to block shots or to rebound. Still Mavs are in jeopardy that he stays the Mavs starting center AGAIN?! What exactly is he going to teach Lively other than serving 753 turkeys per month for the community? Is it rebounding or blocking shots? Obviously not.
