  1. Jack Eichel redeemed himself fully in Vegas after it was proven his surgery was the treatment he needed to get his career back on track. Good on him.

  2. As a Sabres fan, I really don’t want to give any more thought to Jack Eichel. Everything about his tenure here was a disappointment (not all his fault, but some was) and the Sabres have been statistically better in virtually every category since he left. The trade worked out well for both teams, and I’m just ready to move on.

  3. Moving Eichel worked well for Buffalo. Tuch Kebs Kulich Greenway and opening the door for Thompson to become a 1c stud.

  4. I doubt Eichel would have been happy to go to Calgary. Not so much similar to Dubois, I'm thinking more like Chris Pronger. Not only because he might not have wanted to go to a Canadian team, but he wanted to go where he had a chance to win and that's likely never to happen in Calgary. Oh, they have good seasons now & then, but they're never actually going to win anything. Speaking as an experience Flames fan.

  5. I had heard that BUF purposefully fed Weekes false information, and CGY never actually offered that much. BUF’s goal was to try to make the other Eichel bidders raise their offers

  6. As a Buffalonian in Vegas, I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to see Tuch tear it up for Buffalo in the playoffs. They were one point away when they finally figured out goaltending last year.

  7. Eichel is overrated , he just happened to be on the team that won the cup. Not many guys want to be on a Canadian team , our politicians can't keep their hands out of people's pockets .

  8. Doesnt mesn eichel wasnt being difficult in Buffalo…dude cannot handle losing so of course he's doing better on a winning team. Who wouldn't? Sabres are performing better without him and they got a whole lot in return

  9. Your talking about 2 American born superstars obviously they aren’t signing in Canada. They can live in the states make more and live a more relaxed lifestyle 😂😊

  10. It’s been a win win for both parties. But I still hold no respect for sabers for way they treated jack.

  11. Man that "that's so raven" comment was way out of left field but it worked

  12. Who wants to live in Calgary or New York when Vegas and South Florida are both decent weather, highly touristic areas, with NO STATE INCOME TAX.. no. bleeping. brainer…

  13. Idk if the word "cancer" is a appropriate term. It's a terrible illness.
