Not ideal
Now let’s hope GMPV doesn’t trade him like Bob Murray would do to any player who elected for arbitration
Damn. Honestly I expected this more from Z than Troy lol
no reason to worry yet, they can still come to an agreement before the hearing even goes down.
Am I the only person who really doesn’t think this is a big deal? Players historically rarely win in arbitration, and often times they settle on a contract prior to the arbitration hearing even happening.
This is just part of the rfa process and really doesn’t impact much outside there is now a guarantee Terry will have a new contract by the start of the year.
The players to worry about are Zegras/Drysdale/Dostal who don’t have arbitration rights and could feasibly hold out from camp/preseason/regular season in an effort to improve the nature of their contracts.
Troy going to get paid
