I would assume that the Wild select 1 year for Gustavsson if it gets to that point. That would make him an RFA again next year. If they chose two years it would take him right to his UFA year.
With that said, I think that they work something out for both of them before they get to arbitration.
Why is Duhaime filing for arb? Do fringe 3rd liners/4th liners typically do this?
