    That’s one expensive traffic cone.

Awesome. Just the news we’ve all been anticipating the last 48 hours.

This will hopefully be the least impactful signing we will have all summer. We need some emergency backup depth, and I would be surprised if he got worse. I say it’s worth it.

I know most don’t like the guy but the coaches sure seem to like him as a 7th man.

He was taking the ice for warmups all playoffs even though he was not playing.

I like him at this kind of money especially if we are putting TDA as the 6th man. Not like he can be worse on defense.

The hate has gone too far imo. He wasn’t great last year obviously, but barely over league minimum for him is fine and we all saw the potential he has in the preseason last year. I’m ok with this one.

Y’all crack me up, booing a 7th D on a barely above league minimum deal.

He’s got some offensive upside and will have another year in the system. The FO/Coaches saw something to qualify him.

    Everyone clap please.

Any idea if it’s a 2 way deal?

OK SO NOW THAT I SEE ALL YALL BOOING, don’t y’all dare bid on his whalers or icecaps jersey so that I can get them and can afford them

    Insulting after the Tarasenko news.

Just a semantics thing, why is it an AAV when it’s a single year contract? The average of one number is that number, always.

  12. FirstChurchOfBrutus

Lol – why is there an AAV for 1 year? $$/1 = $$

Let’s go! Future face of the franchise.

Can he play as an off wing forward on the power play
