Ottawa is looking like a playoff team next year. Their two biggest needs, defense and goaltending, have been addressed.
I can see Boston not making it, and I'm not too sure about Tampa (lost Colton, Killorn, Maroon, Perry, and Hedman took a step back last year).
Next year is definitely the year Ottawa, Buffalo can make it in.
