High ceiling if he can play 70+ games. But worried about his skating ability these days…
Krejci is done. Bergy probably returning because of the anniversary.
I don’t know man… you guys been wrong on just about every major discussion re: the Bruins.
How would you like to be a player on a team being told it has "a crappy hand?" These are elite athletes? They are not crappy cards in a crappy hand!
For well over a half-century I'm always excited about my Bruins!. There are 32 teams in this league now, winter trade deadlines can totally change teams weeks before playoffs.
It's about the ride folks… Both Sweeney and coaches did everything they could to support this playoff run and they did one hell of a job.
I'm excited about these veteran rentals coming in, especially jvr.
That'll be fun to see wearing black and gold.
Bruins had bertuzzi for 10 weeks, after he came off injury? That's why he came out like a bat out of hell-he was well rested.
A blast to watch, yet he's not a two-way player, got a significant injury history, and he's not Young. He was a lot of fun, had a great honeymoon period on a new team, yet don't think he's going to be a loss. I don't think he'll hit those stats again
We need to put a prospect there, work with the veteran coaches on ice.
I think the Bruins defense & playing with Pasta made Bertuzzi better, not the other way around.
He came from Detroit, rested after being injured-there was only one way to go!
10 weeks is a honeymoon.. Don't think he's going to maintain those stats.
But I don't see what the problem is with Don Sweeney's teams. Especially after the thrashing y'all gave them last summer.
Bruins set an NHL record for most winning regular season
We've got the coaches Adams award, selkie winner, vezina trophy winner… If McAvoy wasn't injured? He may have been in the Norris conversation
Every coaching staff, from Little League through the NHL is always studying the front-runner team all season long
-they don't tweak their team's much at winter trade deadlines like the rest do. They're already the top team, if it ain't broke? Don't fix it.
So the front-runner teams are predictable,
That was the magic of Habs making it the Stanley cup playoffs. Because of covid protocol after winter trade deadlines, they didn't even know what their team looked like until 10 days before playoffs.
For the first season since 2019, I saw these boys in black & gold having fun playing hockey.
The first third of this season was outstanding hockey, demonstrated the depth in both players and coaching
It wasn't a surprise they broke the franchise and NHL record for most winning regular-season. When boys are having fun playing hockey? Good things happe
What more do fans want?
You're not excited about this season? Take a look at history-Brad marchand was on this the whole time:
1969-70, bruins only won 40 games out of 72
They managed to get that Stanley cup with all that heart and soul
1970-71 season, new coach Tom Johnson had a franchise-record setting regular season. I think that's the record we broke this past year.
No cup.
1971-72: Humiliated bruins team, big ole chip on their shoulder? Big bad bruins came back to win a cup.
We got the big bad bruins coming along- we'll have veteran coaches with nothing to lose, and young prospects coming on the ice looking to prove themselves and knock the old boys out. This is going to be fun!
I didn't believe the clickbait last summer either-no way in hell I would disrespect David pastrnak, squandering the prime of his career on some "fun cup reunion", I found that so disrespectful
after losing two seasons to covid, losing his baby, nearly losing his hockey-and we nearly lost him!
David pastrnak didn't see those guys as old and washed up. And even after being proven wrong, the fans are still sticking to their guns this summer!
Unlike Butch Cassidy and these fair weather fans-I trust hockey players' vision. They do and see things we have no idea. They know who they want in their locker room & on their line
We don't.
I can't wait for the big bad bruins revenge tour!
Lucic will show Freddy how to do a reversal, next time he's laying on the ice in a choke hold!
Go B's!

The franchise reminds me of the 86 sox. total disfunction.
