  1. The next Nordiques. Whoever get the Coyotes will win a cup in no more than two years.

  2. As a die hard NY Sports fan of the Tri-State Area, NY/NJ, New York metro area that watches local hockey of the Rangers, Islanders, Devils, I want the Coyotes to stay in AZ and get new arena so sick of everyone giving the Coyotes so much hate

  3. How bad it would be for Bettman if the Coyotes make a deep playoff run and only have a 1200 person stadium or whatever it is. What made the playoffs, especially the finals was the Show and audience on tv, it was an event that was fascinating on tv to see. Got to figure out their stadium out this year before they are cup contenders.

  4. it was eye-opening and mind-boggling for me to find out that Voracek has never achieved even 25 goal mark !!!

  5. Since that problem with the GM getting the ax (and later suspended by the NHL..). This team has started to look like they are in full rebuild but you can see it having positive results. Now if they can only get a new building.. that would be huge…

  6. Youll wanna come back to this comment when the coyotes make the playoffs this year. Guenther 40goal scorer too Go Yotes!

  7. Arizona has some bad contracts, but they also have a lot of picks and prospects. Some of those are going to land. I like what the Coyotes and Red Wings are doing. You know, the exact opposite of the Canucks since 2013.

  8. I would absolutely love for the Yotes to continue pursuing their dream of conquering their homelessness and destitution. That organization has the single most entertaining off-ice product in the league.

  9. Red Wings fan. I find the Coyotes a very interesting team. They are very patient.. They have lots of cap space. And a few good, young players. They could sneak up and get into the play offs. Watch out for the Coyotes.

  10. Would you be able to start the season previews a little later this season? I just remember last year there were moves made in late August/early september after the preview was already done. Thanks for the vids and look forward to your summer content

  11. After 15 years in "The Valley of The Sun" and being disappointed the whole time, I can't expend any more effort following this team. Since I moved to Arizona in 2009 the fans here have been consistantly lied to. I loved all the players and the effort they put on the ice night after night. I wish the ownership was better. At this point, I go to Vegas to get my hockey(if I can get tickets) or maybe just watch the games at the Casinos.

  12. Last year the Coyotes rarely got blown out. This year they are another step up in skill. It’s not a huge step yet but should give some valuable learning to that huge draft store they built up. I can see them playing above expectations again this year. I also expect them to finalize an arena deal this year too. They have several locations. All private land so no more public votes. All in the East Valley which is much closer to their fanbase. And they are keeping their options open till they finalize a deal. The Arena is the last piece needed to turn the corner and make this a NHL powerhouse team.

  13. I really firmly believe that Arizona have the chance to build a phenomenal team, the assets and favours they've accrued.

Sadly for Coyotes fans, I also believe y'all are the next Quebec. I don't mean moving to Quebec, I mean, you'll build a cup worthy team and the state will fuck it up, the team will move and the Nordiques/Avalanche will win the cup right after.

Whatever the Coyotes become will be the cup winner, purely as the state fucked it up.

  14. I would think arizona would get zucker on that first line and have someone move down hayton or schmaltz

  15. This is the most promising this team has looked since I can remember. I’ve been following this team since I was a kid. It would be such a shame if they moved the team. I hope the arena gets done. Also, Schmaltz is much more effective on the wing. He can do center, but it’s not ideal.

  16. i actually really love their team. above average goaltending, great wing depth, some young guys at center, unproven but potential w the defense. if they can add someone like dumba like elliotte friedman said on his farewell 32 thoughts podcast for the summer I think they’d be a legit playoff contender

  17. Connecticut is also very interested in bringing the whalers back.
