I hope they don’t bury him elsewhere even if he has a great showing the first 10 games. They did that to Comtois during his rookie season and he was leading the Ducks with 7 pts in 7 games. No one was even close as we were struggling to start the season.

I really can’t see him going back to the SHL, either he needs to get use to the smaller ice surface in the AHL or he’s already well adjusted and can skate in the NHL.
The way ppl talk about this draft makes you think if the top 5 players all make the NHL out of camp.
