Some upcoming offseason content: Game winning goals season-by-season, beginning with 2001-02 and going up from there.
Note a few of the years will be incomplete ('04 & '06 are roughly 70% complete). Haven't decided yet if I'll post those or not. Little bit iffy on doing the more recent seasons as well, for obvious reasons lol. Will see where the interest level is at and make a decision at a later date.
Also going to add to the playoff game highlight archive along the way. Same time period as above, whatever I haven't posted yet.

It was soo weird playing against Osgood, of any former Red Wings that ever left, I ALWAYS felt like you were playing your brother with Ozzie in the sense of closeness.. I remember those games.. I found myself routing for Ozzie when we faced him, even though I wanted the Wings to win😅 ..
So basically the goals Ozzie allowed I just hoped like he didn't have NO CHANCE on them, ya know?.. like not giving up any softies and from what I can remember, it was JUST THAT!.. I thought Ozzie played well when he played us

The Oct 18th Flyers game was my 40th birthday. (sitting in the lower bowl).The Wings were down 2-1 when Fedorov scored with 41 seconds left to tie it. Thought it was going into OT, but Brett had other ideas. His goal with 18 seconds left went top corner, just over Boucher's shoulder. Great shot, memorable night! Thanks Awood!

Its just ridiculous seeing a power play with Yzerman, Fedorov, Shanahan, Hull, and Lidstrom. And that's with a couple more hall of famers on the bench lol. Completely unfair. I don't think there will ever be another team anywhere close to this again in the NHL.
