I am once again asking
For the season to start early
Today starts the doldrums of summer and I was riding so much excitement for the last two weeks.
At least today is my Friday, hope y’all have a great weekend! LGRW
Hey gang. Aussie Wing heading to the States for the first time in October and looking to catch my first NHL game. The only one that will line up with my plans is Colorado @ Seattle, the Kraken opener. Should be a cracker. Tickets are super exxy particularly given my pathetic Australian rubels. Any advice on the best way/time to scoop tickets? Ticketmaster/Stubhub/Viagogo all seem similar. I asked the Kraken guys but it’s a much smaller community.
And yes I’m definitely getting to the Dough Joe in a few years, hopefully when the Wings are a force again.

Edit: Oh and also I did check pre-season schedules and nothing works. I will check out AHL & WHL as a backup.
Last year we had 5 players score 15 goals or more. 4 of them are returning and the 5th got traded for Cat. Does anyone else see a scenario if we stay healthy, that we could jump up to 8 or 9 players above 15 goals? Copp and Fabbri are more than capable. Ras and Veleno are both fringe 10-15 goal guys. Kostin scored 11 in 57 last year. Compher had 17. Sprong had 21. Fischer has 13. If Soda plays a lot he is capable. Whatcha guys think?
I feel petty but I really hope Kuby doesn’t re-sign in Ottawa after this year so I can root for him fully again. I don’t really want him back as I hope we have prospects stepping into the lineup next year, if he could go out west like Zadina that would be great. Ott guy on the Grind Line pod said he didn’t think he’d be back which surprised me but made me happy.
