    I'm a Bruins fan. Carolina definitely scares me the most. I think the losses for the B's is not such a bad thing. They need to have some adversity during the season. I don't care if they break records or win the Presidents trophy. That stuff means NOTHING. I just hope they're in top form when the playoffs start. This 'slump' is no big deal.

    Before John Carlson was injured, there would be stupid comments under video saying he was the reason why the caps lost that night. Now he is out for a while, we should be winning a lot by that logic right? The power play now drops way down and we can't score goals any more. Still think John Carlson is the problem?

    Rough game to watch for a bruins fan. It looked like they were disinterested. Power play was really bad. And the turn overs were awful. Pulling the goalie at 5 and change left. We gotta wake up. Toronto on Wednesday. Then they get a rest.

    There won’t be a lot of bruins fans in this comment section so let me be the one to say it. It’s not the end of the world we don’t need to “blow up the team”. We were due for a slump and it was a second night of a back to back. We’ll bounce back and all this who’s the better team bs will be ended

    Thanks for sharing and updating Hockey Guy. I’m a Canes fan but can’t watch them on TV because it’s “blacked out” even though I’m only about 3 and a half hours away from their stadium. I get updates on my app but it’s really annoying I can’t watch them on TV even though I’m so close to them. Going to try and get tickets soon because that’s the only way I can see them.

    The Hurricanes are making a hell of a run this year and hopefully they go all the way. The fans were going insane today at PNC arena and rightfully so.

    am i crazy or was that boston goal kinda garbage

    there were some awfully touchy calls on the canes tonight, but the BOS goal came after lindholm clearly swatted aho’s stick out of his hands. the bruins go right to zacha of course (who aho was covering) and he scored.

    it didn’t end up mattering, but it changed the feel of the game for a while and had boston been able to come back… feel like we’d be looking at that

    So, Boston have lost all 3 of the exact same road trip as The Wild. I'll wait for them to drop 7 spots in the power rankings then 👀
    Nahh I kid, tbh it's kinda nice just knowing they're human and won't wander unhindered to an easy cup.

    As a Canes fan, I was glad for the win, but we have to put this game into perspective. The Bruins finished a game in Florida 19 hours earlier and then had to travel. Maybe the Bruins are finally hitting a slump that every team seems to go through. I'm not counting them out yet. Pleased with The Canes though finding ways to win (especially thinking back to the Sharks game).

    Refs were bad both ways yes. But always feels like original 6 teams get things handed to them against small market teams.

    Carolina is just better than Boston. And im a Boston fan. Every time we play the Canes they play sloppy and the turnovers are ridiculous

    I haven't followed them real closely, but it feels like the Caps got Wilson and Backstrom back in the lineup and suddenly started playing much worse.

    Great game by canes. Bad officiating overall but the canes do need to clean it up a bit.

    Lindholm had two assists on the Zacha goal. He passed the puck and slashed Aho's stick away to make it a 4 on 5 before the shot.
