Miller is still too salty. Petey is too reserved. Hughes is the best option.
I think give podz 2nd unit PK responsibility at the very least. I'd love to see him in the bumper on the 1st unit PP too. His shot and puck retrieval skills should theoretically make him a logical choice. I think those 2 roles should give him some confidence from the jump.
Does it infuriate anyone else that if we didn't trade for oel, drafted matthew tkachuk and traded miller to the sharks when they made the offer…. we could have a tkachuk, pettersson, kuzmanko line… and still have cap space for a few top defense? We legit could be a contender right now instead of possibly having to lose pete.
