Toronto a embauché John Gruden comme entraîneur-chef des Marlies de Toronto, tandis que Michael Dyck et Eric Wellwood seront nommés entraîneurs adjoints.     It's difficult not to see Gruden as a viable replacement for Keefe. Not that I'm for firing Keefe, but I think the implication is clear. This is a guy due for an NHL head coach job.
