Une photo que j’ai prise de Mario obtenant la première étoile du match lors de sa dernière apparition à Ottawa, le 30 octobre 2002. Il a eu 24 minutes de glace, 1 but et 2 passes. Je me souviens encore qu’il avait l’air fatigué lorsqu’il a pris son rappel.

Absolutely amazing picture of who I consider the greatest hockey player ever, not just for his career as a player, but for doing everything in his power to keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh. In my eyes he’s the greatest athlete of any sport.
Lemieux was definitely my ‘favorite player on another team’ growing up. Sens fan, but cheered for Mario as well.
