Sheldon has a winning record from Junior to the Leafs. He is respected by the players but they have to live up to their talent. He can't score or defend for them. THESE PLAYERS HAVE TO STEP UP AND EARN THEIR PAY PERIOD.

Guy Boucher is an excellent defensive structure coach, he will be good for this team. Not to mention multiple 3rd round appearances
