They couldn’t be logo’d with Barbie because of trademarks and IP issues, but as long as they meet NHL standards someone could wear those pads if they wanted to.
They’re supposed to match the team colours though, so you’d need a team with colours to match. Maybe if Florida did a Miami Vice colour scheme for a 3rd jersey it’d work.
