Lunchbox player… During regular season most 3/4th line players on every team eat up the defensive minutes/penalty kills…What defines the great role guys is the playoff scoring. Being able to elevate their game when it really matters..
Under for shorties, hard to get one let alone 3 or more, over for goals. Wild PK staying in the 7-10 range for the PK league wide. I do know other than a crazy hot goalie, nothing is a back breaker in a game more then a shortie, a true killer when it happens against you. As for 97 being a puck hog, heck, I’ll take that all day any day. The Wild tend to over pass, getting to cute, especially on the PP. Shoot the puck and hit the net, the two 3 word phrases I remember in my youth. Missing the one big explicative that coaches also use in those statements 😂. Looking forward to the prospect podcasts.
