They don’t have any.
The NHL does not recognize them as the same franchise and the Sens themselves do not claim these Cups.. they simply have nothing to do with the accomplishments of the previous team.
They technically are not the current Senators cups, but hanging these banners pays respect to the old team. It’s very similar to what Seattle is doing.
