For those who didn’t read the article it’s MS the disease not Macaroni Salad
Brodie plays such an honest and responsible style of hockey funny enough it translates a lot to who he is as a person. Fuck MS. Good luck in the fight!
MS is an absolute bitch of a disease. Lost my cousin to it almost 2 years ago after over a decade of pain management and rehab. It makes all the difference for the patient to be as physically active as possible, to maintain a healthy diet and have a positive outlook. Especially given there’s no root cause or a cure and that it’s degenerative.
I’m sure TJ’s wife Amber is well taken care of but I can’t imagine it’s easy for either of them when he’s on the road so much. Good on them for opening up about her battle and for taking part in the fundraiser.
What a beauty. Great story.
