I'm probably in the minority here, but I could see a slight regression from the Kraken this season. To me, they were a team who succeeded more by outworking other teams than by having more talent. That's just a difficult recipe for success long-term.
Seattle has a pretty good team over there. Goaltending might hold them back a bit but I can see them returning to the playoffs this year.
Could Wright play in Europe for a year? Maybe in Finland or Sweden? That’s probably better than going back to the OHL. I don’t think he’s ready for the NHL though.
Seattle is my number 2 team. In no small part due to some of my favorite lightning players keep going there with Bellmare and Gourde
I feel like Seattle is destined for another 4th place finish, unless the Kings fall off a bit with their lack of solid goaltending. I cannot see Seattle cracking the top 2 with Vegas and Edmonton.
The 4-6 spot in the Pacific this season looks pretty fluid and/or pure chaos. It was great to see Seattle have a impressive playoff debut.

I don't know what to think about the Kraken. The crazy turnaround from season 1 to season 2 was nuts.
The team didn't have to do much considering last year. They made a some move, but I think the upward trajectory continues. 3rd in the Pacific with 99-104 points.
