Hey Andrew; would you be willing to make a video detailing and breaking down how leafs fans, in Ontario as well as other provinces, can watch all 82 games? The Leafs did not have a good season they did not win the Stanley Cup so the season sucked You dont play hockey to have a good season You play hockey to win the Stanley Cup thats how its supposed to work not just play for the end of the year because you do not need 11 million dollar plus players just to get to the end of the year
Just look at his play in the playoffs. Seemed like he was involved in everything. From his great board play by making a simple board pass to JT to win the series, his first goal, his puck stealing ability. He’s a first round talent leafs got a steal.
I'm predicting a great start to the season but, unfortunately I think he will fade off. He needs a season or two for NHL conditioning. I'm looking forward to watching him grow and develop.
One smart thing about adding Bertuzzi is that Knies won't be leaned on too much, and won't be gifted too much.

I'm exited to see how he will do, that injury slowed him down.
My belief is that the additions of Bert and Domi allow for Knies to get some much needed experience in the AHL.
He played great in the playoffs, but the injury occurred largely because of inexperienced playing against MEN. The AHL is a safer league to gain that experience, and he can be called up at any time.
He's also waiver exempt, so it helps solve a small percentage of the cap issue.

I disagree. The season sets you up for the playoffs. You can have a good season, but a bad playoff, and visa versa, but in general the season is for training, strategizing, scouting, addressing weaknesses, etc..
Not winning a cup is not a complete and utter failure, in my opinion. So long as you learn from it, and improve the following season.
