I know everyone is hating this (not saying I’m not) but DeBrincat and Kane back together would be nice. Feels a bit like Kaner is just reuniting with friends left and right now that he doesn’t have to prove anything anymore.

I’m ignoring this not out of spite for the wings but because Kaner has made is clear many times that he wants another cup and wants to be on a contender. The Yzerplan is getting kinda sketchy IMO and even with Kane the wings are not a playoff team yet, at least not a deep playoff team.
