Update from Eric Engels just now: Regarding Carter Hart privatizing his Instagram+removing the Philadelphia Flyers from the account, GM Danny Briere says there's nothing to it, that he talked to Hart, who's excited for this coming Flyers season, and that, as of now, he expects him to be at camp and ready to go.
Do you believe this from Briere?

Difficult to assess a goalie's worth on a bad team these days; all I'll say is Hart doesn't rekindle memories of Gilles Meloche or Glen Hanlon.
As a Flyers fan, I'll be seriously disappointed to hear if he was one of the pending suspended players because we will lose a valuable asset which we desperately need during this crucial rebuild period. That said, if he removed his Flyers bio because he indeed is getting traded then I am sure Danny Briere would require at least one 1st round pick and if that's the case we'd much prefer a higher pick with that trade partner being either Chicago, Buffalo or Ottawa versus a most likely 24th-32nd pick if packaged to Edmonton (unless its via 3 teamer)…
