OT winner – Ekholm behind the net, no-one near him, he shovels the puck right to Perry on the boards. Indicative of lazy effort by Nashville the entire game. Even the refs, as expected, tried to get Nashville back in the game, which helped.(To clarify, refs are not pulling for Nashville, their job is to keep games close, hopefully an OT in every game.) Nashville goes from in control to serious trouble in one game. Rinne is shaky, Nashville is being outworked in the corners and they are not finishing scoring chances.
