What a strange course of events. It would be sooooo Flames to squeak into the playoffs and lock everyone up

  2. slickswitch

Neat. Wait for great offer and trade him.

I think people should remember that the only thing anyone has heard is from Seravalli, and he’s said different shit every time.

People still buy the bland platitudes plates share with the media?

No nope please no not this again, I hope Conroy’s BS radar is on point because this man NEEDS to be traded before March 8th

This season just seems like a tire fire, hopefully we can nab a decent return at the trade deadline for the guys that want out.

INB4 flames are at a wildcard spot at the trade deadline and don’t sell and then we proceed to get in and lose the first round in 5.

If anything I am happy about these reports because maybe it helps Conroy’s leverage. Nothing worse than trying to trade an asset everyone knows is one foot out the door

I think the best course of action is for Craig to remind everyone what a real pain in the ass moving really is.

  10. These comments don’t mean anything. Publicly saying that « I want out of this dump » just doesn’t go over well with fans and burns bridges with management.

Unless you are really angry about the situation, it is best just to go with « willing to stay ».

I know the whole « open to extend » thing is all PR but it just feels like:

« Hey babe, I know I said I wasn’t happy and wanted to move on but I’ve decided I want to try and make this work until after my birthday so I can see what you got me. »

This is gonna be a wild year. You’ve got multiple major players « waiting to see » how the season goes before deciding if they want to sign.

What if they start off super slow?

What if l they’re on fire going into the deadline, will they really trade guys who are unsigned? I doubt it
