I’m positive this type of thing is way more common than most people realize during the off season.
I know Varly would be in Texas (can’t remember if he lives there or is there to be around wife’s family) and would drive to the Stars practice facilities for workouts.

Tanger’s just visiting. I mean the dude literally was born and raised in Montreal, so he kinda lives there

I don’t think it’s totally uncommon. Andrei Kuzmenko was training with the Panthers for a little while before he returned to Vancouver.
