    There’s real depth there

the jets have a real nhl-tier fourth line? somebody pinch me i’m dreaming

  3. AaronC14

    Honestly that looks pretty good

  4. WpgMikos

I’m in pre-season form. Vilardi. Whoops.

Jesus. Ehlers gets no respect from this organization — he should be on the top line, IMO. Hopefully, he gets PP1 this year and stays there.

Other than my gripe above, the lines look decent, although Perfetti isn’t an NHL 2C yet, so he will have to learn on the fly — and fast! I’m glad the team is giving him a chance, though.

    y’know…

everyone has been shitting on the Jets…myself included…

but we took the Champs to 5 games including double OT in one of them…we had Key injuries.

I think the team is better than people think, and I think were a better deeper team in a lot of ways this year.

vilardi on the top line. im so happy for you guys man. if only todd mclellelelen had a clue. he put the younger, not ready byfield in that spot all year instead of gabe. absolutely mental.

That’s a really solid bottom 6. If our top 6 can stay healthy and consistently play to their top level I think we can be really competitive this year. Biggest question mark is how Connor-Scheifele look with a different RW

This fwd group looks about as deep as it’s been in years, I just worry about the defence. The Jets aren’t getting their money’s worth out of that group.

Holy shit, that’s some really solid depth.

I’m no expert but I don’t like the 1st line. All shooters. Who’s going to be the set up man? Maybe Perfetti would be that guy? Ehlers?

Line 3 should be Barron – Lowry – Namestikov

    I like lines 1 & 2.

This is going to be interesting.

Not bad at all, this is a lineup that should be expected to perform. Love the depth form the 3rd and 4th.

My only concern is it the top lines seem a little fragile. I wasn’t keen on Dubois, but he added some much needed physicality to the forward core. We’ve got some show-stopping speed and talent in Connor, Ehlers, Scheifele, and Perfetti. I’m just worried about injuries and the grind on these guys.
