Looks like Brock put in the work this off-season and it shows. He definitely looks a lot slimmer (less mass?)
This pic is from today and the second pic is from March 2023. Six month difference.
He has said that he trained differently this summer by changing his coach and training program and evidently avoided Da Beauty League.
That being said, we’ll expect a faster, speedier “Rookie Season Brock 2.0” this season.
Hes only smiling because he hasnt turned the puck over yet this year.
Kuzmenko is another who has a stark change. He went from being a little pudgy at the start of last season to being absolutely shredded now.
It seems clear that Tocchet and our updated leadership group have hammered home the importance of showing up prepared this year. They do not want a repeat of the last couple years
Looks like he has matured physically, and is in great shape. Also looks like he’s in a good place, mentally.
My body is ready for a career season from Brock.

I realize it’s a media folder not a music folder, but I am legit expecting new Brock to break out into song.
His eyes are happier. Very nice to see, such a hard last few years for him
He was big last year, probably to try be more physical. But that’s not his game. Also wonder if he felt he needed size to combat injuries. 70+ games the last two seasons with the added mass but was noticeably slower. Will be interesting to see how he looks this year. Boeser is my pick for a bounceback season. I can see him potting 30 this year.
Am I the only one who doesn’t see the difference? He’s got a full suit and is walking in one pic and in the other just a shirt?
