I think a waivers pick up may be the plan for Lavoie and his agent. Very disappointing them holding out for the QO over taking league minimum. I had high hopes for the big RW/C, but if the $99,125 (IF) in the NHL is more important than a no doubt opportunity to play on a Stanley Cup favourite roster, good riddance.
I know Holland and his predecessor have done some bad deals, but Lavoie's agent should be able to math. Were they thinking McLeod and Bouchard would take less, and/or the Oilers would waiver the league min and less guys so RL gets NHL TOI?
Sounds like a guy who’s not gonna be on this team.
He was so so first game. I'd like to see more out of him in game 2.
