Maetzold is awkward and cringe and embarrassing. Pretty much all of the beat sucks and as a result the postgame interviews are uncomfortable hot garbage where you can see the pain on the players faces.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Andrew Peeke is awful. Now that we have a few more capable NHL d-men I think it’ll be that much more clear how bad he is
Boone Jenner isn’t 1/2 the captain Fligs was.
Peeke blocked like 200 shots last season and deserves a spot on our roster this season. Especially over Guddy, who fumbles that puck ridiculously.
Johnny and Laine shouldn’t be on lines together, neither of them is aggressive enough to keep the puck. They’re elite in many way, but they get knocked off the puck too often to be together.
I absolutely despise the “5th Line” moniker. Maybe it’s because I first heard it from CBJ Artillery who are THEE worst, but it’s always just felt so forced to me. Plus I had no comeback for a Pens fan saying “guess you could have used a sixth line” after they beat us in a game their fans took over the arena.
I won’t tell people how to fan so if you like it then do your thing. But damn I wouldn’t hate if we came up with something new lol
It was a fine goal song at first, but there’s no reason The Whip should have lasted a DECADE as our goal song. P U that song stinks please update it.
Our standard goal song is a million times worse than the chili chant.
The Chili chant is vomit worthy. It kills the vibe in great moments. We score a third goal to go ahead. Have to stop the goal song to do the god damn chili chant. Makes me throw up.
I’ve said it before but Brandon Dubinsky is kind of a loser. I’ll always appreciate the playoff series against Pittsburgh but the manufactured drama he tried to create with Crosby is so pathetic. He’s a clout chaser and a lot of you fell for it. Plenty of you wanted him to be our next captain stead of Foligno. I am fine with any downvotes I receive from this post.
Jarmo is still one of the best GMs in hockey and I’d be perfectly content with him getting a long term extension today.
