He probably allowed the star players to pick which photos they shared, then told the younger guys the older guys had no problem with it before taking their phones like it shouldn't be a big deal.
I dont think johnny would have felt as comfortable if he was 23-24 and being asked to give his phone to a coach so he could go through his off season pictures. His life was probably a lot different before he settled down with his wife and had a baby.
