  1. Time to butcher some european names again lesgooo

Love these videos, always guve great insights!

  2. LFG!!!!!! Look who’s back! Back again! Dangle is back and the season isn’t far away!! Can’t wait!!!

  3. Damn, other than Knies i have zero faith that these prospects will make it to a cup contending team. I think nick robertson has been respectably good but VERY overrated by the fanbase which isnt fair to him and his development setting such high expectations. Everyone else is basically trade bait. With this a factor and the fact our budget is going towards like 4 players, i dont have much faith in this team for the next couple of years until our cap issues are sorted.

  4. The only change I'm making would be adding Alex Steeves to the the 3rd tier. And making it a quartet there instead of the trio.

  5. I was a little upset when the Leafs drafted Cowan, as there were still some well known names left on the board. Man has he made me look stupid. Still too early to tell but he’s looking very promising

  6. Nobody is saying the leafs shouldn't have drafted Cowen. They could have traded back to get him and got something……… maybe they tried, who knows….

  7. I feel that because he is doing this same thing 6 times before we do understand what this is about and we dont need 10 min monolog about it

  8. I don’t think for the last couple of seasons u cud say this team or that team where out and out favourites for the Cup I don’t see a clear favourite this year, I said last season I expect Hurricanes or Bruins to win the Cup and look what happened Vegas 🤔🙄 if I was forced to pick a team I’d say Oilers this year could go all the way McDavid & Draistle wud have to do what they did last year again tho no.1 PP, I swear every time for Cup tho u need great goaltending! Same with the Leafs yeh u can have the no.2 PP but u need a top PK and that starts with the netminder stating the bleeding obvious u can’t get key injuries!

Please 🙏 Leafs I’m not even asking for a cup this season, but an appearance in the East Conf Final or SC final wud be 👍🎉🥳🥳 GLG! Ps Tbh I don’t think until JT & Muzzin r off the books, & the Leafs get a great Netminder & a great Dman, we r going to a SC finals! Ps Leafs don’t make it past first round again, Rob the Bod Brindamour as HC anybody his contract is up this year coaching doesn’t count towards the cap thank goodness (no smart ass Babcock replies please 🤣🤪)

  9. I know he's small and whatever, but he's a beast, I would've put Ty Voit in tier 3

  10. I dont think you can really count Holmberg as a prospect anymore, he played 37 games with the leafs and was the best forward for the marlies in the playoffs. Hes shown in camp so far that he can more than hang, is responsible defnsively, quick feet, good forechecking as well. Id be very surprised if he doesnt end up in the bottom 6 this season, especially considering the cap situation

  11. Dubas, in my opinion, is a better gm for an ahl team because his picks are all guys who can thrive and produce in AHL but are kind of lacking when it comes to NHL abilities and most of all size and grit! Most of his picks are not even going to play in the NHL, and I'm glad we have Treliving as our gm now because I can see our prospects actually looking like NHL prospects and not AHL lifers!

  12. Matthew Knies after the concussion is NOT the same player! He's like Nylander after his concussion! Afraid of any contact, even his skating has suffered! Great!! We have another perimeter player that's scared AF to go to the dirty areas! Can the Leafs TRY to draft a few MEN that want to initiate contract instead of shying away from it! So far in the preseason I see the very same problems that was evident under Dufus! The Leafs are WAY to passive in their forecheck! The D gap in the neutral zone is WAY to big, and the d coverage is way too passive! The good teams don't give you time in any area of the rink! This team is going to do the very same thing as all the rest of them did, have a very good season, and flame out in the first or second round of the playoffs! The GM of this team is NOT Treliving or Dufus!! Treliving has followed the very same path and Dufus did!! Run it back! Now I think we can all see they are NOT running the hockey club!!

  13. what im impressed with is Knies & Cowan make plays pretty calmly at an early stage…… the rest are stumbling and look like they are constantly chasing the play. the whole Robertson thing is getting tiresome. it doesn't have it

  14. love the content Steve! think the prospect pyramid is one of the most interesting things you make. I imagine most of your connections are within the leafs, but throughout the season would love to see these for other teams here and there.
