Don’t do it
Thanks I hate it
I’m so excited for the shitstorm on here if/when this happens.
Let’s gooo 88
If that’s truly the case, we dont plan to keep anyone from the minors.
Why? He’s slow and old, in hockey context.
Please no
No thank you, we already have plenty of Tage at home.
I created this username just in case this happens. (not really, but it fits)
It would be a risky signing..
… for local cab drivers.
It’s a fun probably bad idea but if it happens I trust the current management
Adding Kane would be a great idea if he were four or five years younger.
« No God, please no. »
Fuck that cancer
I hated everything about this idea until the last few exhibition games, now I’m 5% okay with it. As it looked like no one is ready to join Peterka and Cozens on the second line. Except maybe Mittelstadt or Krebs, but I think that would thin out the bottom 6 too much.
But why couldn’t they just pick up Tatar instead? He’s healthy, a much better fit and overall a better player than Kane was even before having this hip surgery.
The guy’s xgf% on the Sabres would be so bad. Who is going to help stopgap his defensive liabilities? All the other forwards already have those same liabilities.
I’m okay with it if 1) Kane is dying to play in Buffalo and 2) he comes in on a bit of a redemption path to close out his career… help Buffalo make the playoffs and contend for a cup. If he knows he’s not the star I think he could offer a lot to the team. I trust GMKA.
From a marketing standpoint alone it’s a no brainer. The amount of Kane sweaters we’d sell would be enormous. Goathead Kanes would sell out in a heartbeat.
Local guy, and a true superstar at one time to boot. Might mean you’re favorite young guy had to wait one more year but it feels like an inevitability
It would be pretty funny if Pegula overrules Kevyn because rich people think they are risk taking geniuses, and signs him to an 8×10 contract. And that destroys everything we’ve been patiently building.
