I don’t want to be hyperbolic but the Predators playing a game in Clarksville, even a pre-season scrimmage is a big deal. The arena and FIC-Clarksville doesn’t happen without the Predators. Full stop. The Predators are changing Middle Tennessee in big ways. As a long time Clarksville resident tonight was special.

I was at the scrimmage. It was pretty entertaining. Would have probably felt a lil better seeing some of our top players at least skating 5 minutes, but I understand the purpose of a showcase.

Is the arena ECHL ready in your opinion? I think a college town like that would love minor league hockey.
