I vividly remember one year ago as I was listening to 1290 live waiting for the next segment to start and not being able to figure out why the crappy music wasn't stopping. When I went online and saw the announcement I was major PISSED! For a sports fan locked down in February it was like a frozen boot to the nads, almost as bad as losing the Jets in '96.
Fast forward a year and it's awesome to see how great a job all you guys have done!
It's been cool putting faces to the names Andrew Paterson and Michael Remis
as well as the boys on Ilegal Curve and Kenny and Renney. Thanks to you guys Winnipeg sportsfans now have a daily wealth of pre and postgame entertainment available to us at anytime.
