  1. Hockey might be the only sport where you can get in a fight, go cool off for a bit, then go back in. Potentially facing the guy you just fought…but it's all good. Game on as normal.

  2. Despite the loss. Looked like a learning experience for "Rookie"

  3. Funny I’ve been to many nhl games and I still say “wow” every single time I walk up to the see the ice.

    Rookies smile “😬”

  4. This is exactly what the NHL needs to do to grow the sport. watching the NHL on TV versus live is night and day!

  5. played all my childhood and teens in australia, could never afford to go see a game in usa, also cant afford to goto melbourne and spends stupid amounts of money. great to see people with 0 knowledge or anything get to sexpieriance it. hooray

  6. too funny…'give 'em what they wanna see….' Bangin. In Canada they're like, well hard checking an fighting has no value its such an anachromism its just sooooo awful. Haha… Bangin' that what we want.

  7. Imagine, first time watching an NHL game is center ice up against the glass. Fan for life.

Can’t quite say the same for a new fan watching it from the nosebleeds though, especially if they don’t know the rules either.

First time watching it in person should be low enough to hear the glass shaking on any checks along the boards, I believe. Just gives you a much better appreciation of the athletes they are then.

  8. man hockey games are so fun live, I couldn’t imagine how exciting it was for these fans, cheers!

  9. The worst place is down by the glass. It’s a terrible viewing angle. You need to be at least half way up the lower bowl to have a good view view of the whole ice.
