    The leafs just played detroits 4th line and AHL players and they couldn’t win in regulation. Uh oh, spaghettio.

    The leafs NHL team beat the grand rapids griffins AHL team in OVERTIME, red wings have depth!!!

    What was it that Mickey Redmond used to call Tyler Bertuzzi…oh yeah, a "junk yard dog." Here we have him in true form being a "junk yard dog" out at the blue line coughing up a puck and then scoring. Usually, his "junk yard dog" goals come in front of the net. In our infinite wisdom as Detroit sports fans, we decided that Matt Stafford couldn't properly lead the Lions, so we ran him out of town–only to watch him go lead the Rams to a Super Bowl. And last year we didn't want to sign Bertuzzi long term: I think it will go down as a bad decision in the long run. Tyler Bertuzzi is going to go on to win a Cup somewhere else.

    The best part is that the Leafs put out the best skaters they had against a bunch of minor leaguers and barely won.

    Great preseason game! Finally see the power and potential of the top 6. Holmberg and Minten weren’t as effective but maybe let see how we shuffle the lines up. Very impressed with the red wings prospects this preseason as they looked great out there

    I’m concerned that the Leafs starters struggle to beat Detroits farm club. Not encouraging for Leafs fans.
