I am a dumb man. Can anyone explain what we’re looking at, here?

I’m bummed that after three seasons the best we can do with Laf is conjure a hypothetical 50-point season (which is still pretty mid for a 1OA)…that is when we’re not trying to hack our way out of a too-close-for-comfort Yakupov comparison.
You have to give him RW2 and give him 20-30 games to prove himself. Otherwise, Drury would be right to kick the tires on exit strategies. Hopefully he understands the gravity of this and accesses something that gets him going.

50 points for a 1 OA pick is still disappointing. Also, krieders points are skewed towards goals vs assists. We’ll see what laf does this season. I want him to be good, but this feels like mental gymnastics.
