What do you guys think about Holtz? Will he get 20-30 games run?

You can’t send Holtz down again, you’ll destroy his confidence. It’s time for him to play real minutes with real offensive players to see what you’ve got.
If someone claims Tyce Thompson on waivers so be it.

The only reason you people are so empathetic towards Holtz is because he was a high draft pick. I can’t name one NHL player who plays like Holtz, the only one I can actually remember is Gusev. Either he’s good enough or he’s not to be in the top 6 and he’s too soft to be a grinder. There are other options and we can’t lose games just because Holtz was a high draft pick. I personally don’t like his game.

Hot take on Holtz, he starts out on the top line, shows flashes of skill but ultimately is a liability and gets swapped with Mercer. Winds up as trade bait at the deadline and gets moved for another piece like Zetterlund. Holtz will have the opportunity but doesn’t quite fit with the makeup of the top 9.

I can see that Holtz is already Zacha 2.0. Someone dig up the dead horse, we clearly haven’t beaten it up enough.

If McLeod and Holtz did the fusion dance we’d have the perfect NHL player.
