The other thing with Crosby Malkin and Letang they need to be kept because of what they mean to the pens. The three cups are awesome but without them the penguins aren’t in Pittsburgh. They are probably in Kansas City and many hockey fans in Pittsburgh don’t exist. I was born in 2001 those 3 are why I love hockey. I’ve grown up with them and I want to see them go out as career long penguins

The Pens could of had Matheson as well as an offensive D if they didn't trade him for Petry, he really spread his wings in Montreal so far, scary to think the Pens could of had a three duo in defense with great offensive abilities and the power play would be even scarier.

Its weird how you Guys completly misjudge everything about this Team. From the "Dubas wanted to get rid of 71 and 58 but wasnt allowed" over "their Defense is ass" to "Jarry is bad" and i dont understand why you judge this Team based on its Salary Cap Situation. This Team has 2 more Years left to Win a Cup. Nobody in the Organisation does or should give a f*ck how their Contracts look in 3-4 Years. Its all about now. And the Goal for this Team is not to Win the Cup, well of course it is, but not in a "Everything but a Cup is a Failure" like their 2010-2014 Seasons where they actually failed. The Goal this Season is to give 87, 71 and 58 two more Shots at it. Two last Rides. If they fail, thats fine. We have 3 Cups, their Status as Franchise Legends wont change. And in 3 Years we start the Rebuild with Crosby Malkin and Letang guiding the Next Generation, putting them under their Wings so theyll grow into the Next Decade of Playoff Success. But thats in the Future. Here and now its about Shooting and we will do that. Oh and by the Way: Jarry was injured the last 2 Years, hes healthy now, he will prove you wrong. And i dont mind having a 60+ Point Superstar Defenseman who doesnt defend very well. i live with that.
