  1. Buffalo is my pick for the power house
In your division Granato is at his best
Coaching up your GM and coach are
Real hockey people . A very good signing
    Denny from Minnesota

  2. Glad Dahlin is signed long term and that he wants to be in Buffalo! Good job Adams! Just heard Hellebyuck resigned in Winnipeg for $8.5 million a season for 7 years. I wonder if Adams inquired about a Hellebyuck over the summer and also what would the price have been? Im willing to bet Winnipeg wouldve demanded one of Benson and Savoie …not happening!
Speaking of Savoie does he stay in Buffalo when he comes off the injury reserve list, bye bye Olofsson or does he go back to the WHL ???
    Thanks for the video.

  3. adam fox is a great puck distributor.. but it can that type win in the playoffs? i would rather have dahlin in the playoffs than fox.

  4. The fact we locked up Thompson and Cozens at the prices we did for the term makes the 11m feel a little less pricey.

  5. Glad he's extended. No worries for 9 years with him now. Next up is getting power locked up. I hope we go long term with him as well so most of the core would be locked up for the better half of the next decade

  6. I'm so happy with the contract! Dahlin is only 23 and not even close to his prime yet. When people were being hard on him they don't take into account that defensemen take longer to develop in the NHL. Dahlin has been with us through our toughest times and never complained or asked for a trade. This is an awesome moment in Sabres history.

  7. I’m assuming the Sabres cap models show the cap going way up in the coming years… re-signing Mitts, Tuch, Power, Benson, Quinn, Levi, Peterka etc will require it 😮😮😮

  8. Happy for Dahlin and Sabres. A lot of money though. I expected a 7y $49-56M contract

  9. I am worried about pairing Dahlin with Clifton. There’s something to be said about him not cracking the BOS lineup late last year. And I always worry about sub-6-ft dmen that are not gifted offensively and play more physical (see Casey FitzGerald). Also, Jacob Bryson as the 7th dman? 🤮
That backward pass across ice he made in that NYI game instead of shooting should have got him booted from the league. What do I have to do, Tonya Harding his leg to make sure he doesn’t play again?

  10. give Power a 3 year.
Lets see if he isnt the next Tyler Myers.
Prove he can play, you know, Defense?

  11. A lot of money (1/8th of the team cap) for a one plus season. The teams GA/G with Dahlin is 3.6, 3.5, 3.5, 3.12 & 3.27. He's a great PP QB. Isn't nearly as physical as dopey Joe suggests. Unless you count roughing penalties after the whistle. His SJ hit last year was awesome but other than that his other physical plays were reverse hits (that unfortunately get called for penalties). Until this team starts winning I lump him in with the group of numbers guys that continuedly score while their teams lose like Karlsson, Yandle, Klingberg, DeAngelo & Ekman-Larsson. I'm hoping he becomes a bit more like Letang or Larry Murphy. A side note last year this team face 40 back up goalies. A stat that's likely to change this year. Slow down on this Playoff talk let alone Cup stuff. I will have hope once I see Granato learn to coach defense responsibility for all 18 players dressed. What these poor goalies had to play in front of in the last 5 years in pitiful. We need more heart like Samu & Tuch.

  12. Don granoto is the man. Like he got the neat potential out of his players and turned them into rich superstars haha

  13. "your team everyday" well u dont have a show everyday so not true at all lmaooo

  14. Definitely getting tougher to play against. Dahlin is starting to throw the body actually grow into his body and playing mean. Thats what all these players need to do play mean.

  15. I was hoping/expecting a Dahlin contract to be between $10M – $10.5M, but I am still happy to have him at 8 x $11M.

As for Benson, Calder awaits 😁

  16. Uh i guess you didn’t watch the Pittsburgh game??? and see how good Greenway and Mitts looked with Benson – he scored on a great tic tac toe play. What happened Joe? Practice today was NOT the first time they’re together. Did you disappear from planet Earth during the last preseason game?

  17. When you mention Dahlin under Krueger as not producing…I hope everyone recalled that for Mittelstadt also. There were alot of ppl throwing him under the bus. Granato gets more value out of players than outsiders think. Dahlin's contract is fair. If you had a choice to take Dahlin or Karlsson, it isn't even a competition (picked Karlsson becuase he is the highest paid).
