Boy I envy Chicago as much as I hate them. It galls me they got Beddard and they will get tons more draft picks. They are doing it the right way. What the Canucks did the last 10 years is garbage, and it seems to us fans that everyone in management and ownership not named Trevor Linden couldn’t figure this out is just an awful joke on this fan base
BTW I totally agree with John the chance that they put a five year cap on contracts is probably gonna be a thing. And frankly to save GMs and owners from themselves it might be needed. We’ve seen way too many dumb 7, 8,9 year deals given to 30 and 31 year old players
