@Canucks de Vancouver

1. i mean, you gotta put jack back out there, right? give him his bounce back. if he loses, to skinner you go.

  2. Wait a minute…you're saying that having the same D and goalies that the oil had last year is letting them down? Wtf is up with that? Nurse at 9.25 for the next 100 years…campbell at 5.25….say that a couple of times to yourself

  3. Thank you for the common sense video. This is honestly the worst game I’ve seen in the last 5 years but that’s going off of 1 game and you’re going to write the team off? Come on! Even I’m not dumb enough to claim they’re a shit team on one game. Jack and Skinner had unlucky bounces but the game is not won and lost on a goalie alone ppl! The defence was just garbage and they were not firing on all cylinders. That’s it. Move on already.

  4. Agreed. The Oilers can/should go far…as long as they get their D together. The netminders are fine.

  5. Its one game and Oilers fans sound like they missed the playoffs lol.

  6. Losing the first game is a coaching issue.
    Also, without Ekholm, we are hardly a playoff team!!
    Says a lot about the rest of our defence.

  7. No. The Oilers are not going to be terrible. However, they are not serious Stanley Cup contenders because 1) No goaltending 2) No depth

  8. Let Campbell run with it. The best head space Campbell needs to be in is for him to feel like he is the number 1. Go back to Campbell for next game, let's see if he can prove it. His time is now, he has to prove it.

  9. campbell could have stopped 2 of those goals, the other two were flukes, he will be fine, the oilers will be fine

  10. The Oilers drafted a big, quick goalie last year — Jonsson I think his name was, from Sweden. He's still with the organization I think. Maybe get him up to the big team, because the tandem the Oilers have now are not going to be good enough. They both looked small and not well organized. Campbell in particular, very worrying signs. And while looking for Jonsson, start thinking about a coach: they were absolutely out-prepared last night. They are very lucky to have a rematch in a few days against the Canucks. Need to be credible real quick.

  11. As a Canucks fan… idk how to feel. I still think we don't have that good of a team and I'm worried we'll end up finishing right in the middle of the pack again this year, which is the worst place to be.

    Not to mention the fact that this team would get absolutely annihilated in the playoffs. You need physicality to make it out of the first round, and… I really don't see anyone on the Canucks that could handle that. We might not even see the playoffs though, so…

  12. Oh the soilers they say it's only 1 game well that's one less Vancouver has to win

  13. I'm dying for a Campbell redemption arc. Miss the Campbell we had in Toronto 🙁

  14. It's definitely on the goalies, but its also on the rest of the team. The Oilers will never win the cup with this lineup. They are basically an epic line calling themselves a team. Their defense is absolute trash, even worse without ekholm and their goaltenders are horrendous. Skinner being a Calder trophy nominee was the biggest joke of last season. Everyone knows the best rookie from last year (and it isn't close) was Kuzmenko. He was of course not eligible for the Calder because he was born 3 months too early. The rest of the rookie class was, at best, mediocre.

  15. oh I love it, they have no goaltending they are going nowhere! hahahahahaha
