Nylander is certainly unique out there, never seen a guy even move like he does. It’s obviously great edge work, speed, hands, shot, but a whole lotta talent

Well if Matthews is on pace for 60+ goals getting 3 to start off if a good start for a 82 game season 57 more to go let's say he plays around 73 games because he might miss few games with an injury hopefully he doesn't and plays all 82 he could get that 60+ or just say screw that I want to focus more on winning by helping out my teams on the small plays

There's no question that the core players of the Maple Leafs are set to break many of the Franchise's all-time records. I think Auston is on pace to set at least 5 new franchise all-time records (many of which are currently held by the Leaf legend, Mats Sundin) within the next 2 to 3 years.
I'm happy to see how the Leafs took over the game in key moments and the core players led when needed.
