I wasn’t a fan of nakobe week 1. But now that we have solidified starters, I want to throw nakobe in to see how he does. He’s a draft pick and he could be the future of our defense. We can’t do the same thing as last year with him
Nakobe was terrible in coverage week 1. Morrow is bigger, significantly faster, and has been excellent overall.
I'm not sure why you would say that Morrow can't cover well, when hes been much better in coverage than Nakobe. Even Seth Joyner was praising Morrow's coverage, and Seth has an extremely high standard for linebackers.
I'm sticking with Morrow for the season, and not worrying about the sunk cost of Dean being a 3rd round pick. Put the best players on the field

Out of all things Eagles put there in the media and podcasting world, this here is my constant

See the emergence of Marrow as a capable LB will allow the Eagles to the freedom to rotate at the position with Dean as the starter. Keeping your defensive play caller fresh has advantages and a luxury to Eagles seem to now have. A note from me would be the addition of Bradley Roby came at a very good time. Rather amazing he ended up playing 45% of the defensive snaps (mostly in the second half, when secondary seemed to play a lot better..) against the Rams being with the team less than a week. Not hearing a DB's name called out is usually a good sign & such was the case for Roby. He is the type of player a team like Dallas could have used for their secondary lost C.J. Goodwin for the season in their last game & Diggs who went down with a torn ACL a few weeks back.
Bottom line without the A-word (Aaron Rodgers) Jets in a tough position and with their starting RT going down last week with Reddick coming from that direction this week see as a bad mix for them. Don't see Hall running for 177 yards again this week either.

Dean gotta EARN that job back cus I am not taking the NFC player of the week Morrow off the field.. The fact that he was on the practice squad is a joke, Cunningham and Morrow need to both start for the foreseeable future. The best ability is availability and Dean leaves the middle of the field WIDE open

I’m not sure why Mailata has become an after thought in line/Stout discussions. He had a down year while injured, but is currently our highest grade lineman on pff by an order of magnitude. (yes pff is not everything, but it is an easy measuring stick that is Wikipedia level reliable)
Starting Morrow and then rotate Dean to get some limited minutes of resting his knee and staying on the field
